10-Day Refund Guarantee
You have 10 days from the date your order is delivered (confirmed via tracking information) to request a return and refund. Please note that since gum is an oral-contact product, we only accept returns for items that are unopened, originally sealed in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. To initiate a return, please send an email to ssen250326@outlook.com or contact our customer service via WhatsApp. (The 10-day refund period is calculated from the date you submit your return request.)
Once your return request is approved, you must ship the return package within 7 days. After the package is delivered to our designated address and successfully received (shipping time varies by carrier), we will inspect the product and process a full refund within 2-5 business days (original shipping fees and shipping insurance are excluded).
Please note that we do not accept returns based on subjective reasons such as taste preferences or ingredient allergies. We strongly recommend that customers carefully read the product description, ingredients, and allergen information before purchasing.
Unopened & Resalable Condition
We understand you may wish to return your purchase, but all returned gum products must be unopened, originally sealed in their original packaging, and in resalable condition. We will not accept returns for products with broken seals, damaged packaging, or any signs of tampering. If returned items show signs of being opened or damaged, we may refuse the return and ship the items back to you, or negotiate a partial refund based on the specific situation.
Contact Us for Authorization
Before returning any product, please send an email to ssen250326@outlook.com to obtain return instructions and a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) code. This code is essential for our warehouse to identify your return package. Without an RMA code, we cannot process your return, and the package may be returned to you.
Product Inspection
Upon receiving the returned items, we will inspect them for any signs of tampering, damage, or non-compliance with return conditions. If the products meet the return criteria, we will process a full refund. If the products are opened, damaged, or in non-resalable condition, we may refuse the return and ship the items back to you, or offer a partial refund based on the severity of the issue.
Track Your Return
Please use a reliable shipping method and provide a valid tracking number so we can monitor the status of your return and process your refund accordingly. Without a tracking number, we cannot locate your return package or process your refund. Additionally, you will be responsible for any customs duties or fees incurred during the return process (we will provide official documents if needed).

Refunds for orders paid via PayPal are typically processed immediately. If you do not receive your refund within 3 business days after processing, please contact us at ssen250326@outlook.com.
